Unsatisfactory participation
in the discussion or learning cycle. performance-based indicators include:
o posting only one contribution,

o contributing a post that isn’t clearly related to the theoretical, empirical or educational significance of the discussion
Satisfactory participation
in the discussion or learning cycle. “Behavioral” or performance-based indicators include:
o posting at least two contributions,

o contributing at least one post that clearly adds to the theoretical, empirical or educational significance of the discussion
Exemplary participation
in the discussion or learning cycle. “Behavioral” or performance-based indicators include:
o posting multiple contributions,

o posting over the length of the discussion, and

o contributing posts that consistently add to the theoretical, empirical or educational significance of the discussion
